COACH’S COMMENTS
“… I was really happy how we started the game, we changed some things up during pre game and it worked. We started out 9-2 before they closed the gap with Busby who is a great player she will play at the next level. I may go to graduation to make sure she goes across the stage. I thought Julie Boone really battled tonight and held her own inside. She got banged up a little late in the game and hope she is ok.”
“… The third quarter we knocked down some threes and stretched our lead out. Sarah Jude and Lynndsey Cassell both came up big and hit some big shots. I thought all of our girls played well in this one.”
“… It was a good victory for us over a good team. Coach Williams does a great job with them and runs a great program.”
“… Monday will be a battle in Naugatuck, Coach Farley is a good friend of mind and he has a really good team. They took Sherman to overtime on the road so this will be a real challenge for us.”
