COACH’S COMMENTS
“… First of all I want to thank everyone for coming out today. I want thank Coach Maynard for giving me this opportunity and to Coach Morrone who has been by my side and helped me out. Also want to thank my family and friends for getting me to where I am today.”
“… KCU had the program that I wanted to go into and they really helped me with my decision. Coach Morrone really helped me a lot, not only with basketball but with life in general. He really pushed me to get to where I’m at today..”
“… When I first started playing basketball I never really thought about the college level until about the 10th grade when I started playing AAU and started thinking I really love this game and then I tore my ACL and I thought there goes my dream. And then I started rehabbing and when I got back in the court KCU contacted me and that got me thinking there might be an opportunity for me to play in college. After that I started working harder and harder on my game and trying to get better and here we are today.”

COACH’S COMMENTS
“… I want to give a big thanks to Kentucky Christian Head Coach Todd Maynard for giving this opportunity to Kilee to continue her academic and athletic career at a great university. She has had a goal to continue with school and basketball at the college level and she has put the work in to achieve her goal. She has made an impact on our program and will make a positive impact at KCU.”

COACH’S COMMENTS
“…c Really excited to sign Kilee, as a program we really want to be a regional program and that is something I am excited about. I know that she has been coached well and is a fit for our culture after playing for Coach Morrone. At KCU we want to recruit person first and player second, and she embodies that from just talking to her during the recruiting process. She knows what she wants to do and I can appreciate that. It’s more than basketball for her, she wants to go into teaching and for a lot of our girls because they are not going to the WNBA but they know their North Star and that is awesome. She is going to be a great addition to our program.”
