Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 12

Johnson County will be doing the same operations starting at 11am. Crews will clear from Floyd County line to Lawrence Co. on US 23

Beginning at 10am – Floyd County

Crews in Floyd County will begin cutting back medians on KY 3, KY 114, and US 23. This operation involves several trucks working together at slower speeds to safely clear snow and slush from the medians at one time.

Motorists should expect traffic impacts and slower travel while this work is underway. Please use caution, allow extra time, and give our crews plenty of space to work.

We appreciate your patience as crews continue working to improve roadway safety.
