KSP SPECIAL CRIME UNIT ARRESTS KNOX COUNTY, KY. COUPLE SEPARATELY ON CHARGES INVOLVING SAME CHILD SEX ABUSE EXPLOITATION CASE

CHARGED WITH CHILD SEX ABUSE PORN CREEPS DUO FROM SAME CASE IN THE SAME COUNTY: RACHEL BAKER, 22, OF BIMBLE, KENTUCKY, AND BRADLEY KYLE YEAGER, 35, OF HEIDRICK, KY.
The Kentucky State Police have charged a man and woman from Knox County, KY. on child sexual abuse imagery material after they were initiallly arrested separately in the case by a local city police agency investigators.
On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at approximately 4:25 P.M., the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Rachel Baker, 22, of Bimble, KY., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Rachel Baker was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Barbourville Police Department began the investigation after discovering she was the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online and made the initial arrest. Barbourville Police Department requested assistance from the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch in possibly identifying multiple victims in several counties and possibly in other states.
Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
Rachel Baker is currently charged with two counts of:
*PROMOTING HUMAN TRAFFICKING (VICTIM UNDER/18 YEARS OF AGE); and four counts of:
*PROMOTING A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A MINOR UNDER AGE OF 18.
Rachel Baker was also initially arrested on May 3, by the Barbourville Police Department, and was charged with:
*POSSESS MATTER PORTRAY SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR UNDER/12 YEARS OF AGE;
*DISTRIBUTION OF MATTER PORTRAYING SEX PERFORMANCE BY MINOR UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
Rachel Baker was transported to and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center in Barbourville, where she is currently being held on a $100,000 full cash bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, at 11;00 A.M., in Knox County District Court
Separately, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at approximately 8:33 P.M., the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Bradley Kyle Yeager, 35, of Heidrick, KY., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Bradley Yeager was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Barbourville Police Department began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online and made the initial arrest. Barbourville Police Department requested assistance from the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch in possibly identifying multiple victims in several counties and possibly in other states.
