KENTUCKY STATE POLICE RELEASE ‘WANTED POSTER’ FOR MAN WHO COMMITTED MID-2019 MURDER IN PIKE COUNTY, KY.
SUSPECT IS A CONVICTED FELON, WHO HAD ALSO SERVED DECADE IN PRISON FOR MURDER IN WEST VIRGINIA
ON THE RUN FOR ALMOST FIVE YEARS: CHARLES RAY BLEVINS, 37, IS WANTED FOR FIRST DEGREE MURDER AND BEING A FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, IN CONNECTION TO THE SHOOTING DEATH OF ADRIAN SMITH IN SOUTH WiILLIAMSON, KENTUCKY IN JULY 2019.
A man suspected in a Pike County, KY shooting death nearly five years ago is the latest fugitive to be featured in the Kentucky State Police’s “Wanted Wednesday” campaign.
Charles Ray Blevins is wanted for first degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in connection with the shooting death of Adrian Smith in South Williamson, KY. in July 2019.
Although arrest warrants were issued for Charles Blevins at that time, law enforcement have not been able to find him.
The reason for being a convicted felon was that Charles Blevins had previously served 12 years in prison, after being convicted of second-degree murder in Cabell County, West Virginia., in 2009; and he was paroled in early 2019.
Charles Blevins is 37 years old, and is listed as 6′ feet, 3″ inches tall, with brown eyes.

Additionally, Charles Ray Blevins is also being hunted by the U.S. Marshals, who are separately offering a reward of up to $5,000, for any information that leads to the arrest of Charles Blevins.
