Kentucky State Police Post 14 Cancels Golden Alert – Man Found Safe
GRAYSON, KY. (December 11, 2019) – The Kentucky State Police have cancelled a golden alert that was issued on December 8, 2019. KSP requested the public’s assistance locating, Danny A. Carroll, who reportedly walked away from the Russell Convalescent Home in Greenup County.
On Tuesday, December 10, 2019, KSP Post 14 received a tip from a family member on a possible location for Mr. Carroll. When Troopers arrived, Mr. Carroll voluntarily spoke with them and agreed to be medically evaluated.

Kentucky State Police Post 14 Ashland Issues Golden Alert
GRAYSON, KY. (December 8, 2019) – The Kentucky State Police have issued a golden alert, requesting the public’s assistance locating Danny A. Carrol. Mr. Carroll is a 66-year-old white male with short, gray hair. He is 5’10”, 220 lbs. with green eyes.
He was last seen on December 8, 2019 at approximately 12:50PM. Mr. Carroll left from the Russell Convalescent Home wearing blue jean pants, a blue button up shirt, tennis shoes and is known to carry a brown cane wrapped in duct tape. Mr. Carroll is believed to be traveling on foot. If you come into contact with Mr. Carroll please contact 911 or your local Kentucky State Police Post immediately.
