Justin Fields, 38, of Louisa, KY passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2026 at his home.
Justin was born September 21, 1987 in Pikeville, KY to Thomas Fields and Deborah Bailey. In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his children Colton Fields, Alicia Fields, and Willow Fields; siblings Jeremy (Amber) Fields, Thomas (Beth Carey) Fields, and Rachel Fields, grandmother Vivian Ball, and girlfriend Tiffany Maynard.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents Elbert Ball, Lalor Dotston, Happy Fields, and Kelsey Fields.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses. Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Fields and his family.
