James Holbrook, 53, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

He was born April 12, 1972 to James Holbrook and Velma (Hylton) Rowe. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father James Arville Holbrook and grandparents Homer Hylton, Ida Holbrook, and Arville Holbrook.

Survivors include his mother Velma Rowe; brother Steven Holbrook (Michelle); grandmother Veva Hylton; nephew Ethan Holbrook; and his beloved dog Ruger.

Jimmy was a kind, loving person. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed collecting match box cars.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Holbrook and his family.
