Invitation To Bid
The Lawrence County Fiscal Court will be receiving sealed bids for 2025-2026 for Materials and Services for Blacktop, Asphalt, Gravel, Gas, Oil, Steel, & Pipe.
Bid forms can be picked up and any additional information obtained at the Office of the County Judge Executive at 606-638-4102.
Bids will be received and accepted on the basis of the following requirements:
Bids must be received in the Judge’s Office before 9:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled Fiscal Court Meeting, Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and will be opened at 10:00a.m. Bids must be on forms provided by the county and marked “Sealed Bids”. Additionally, please list items that the bid pertains to on the outside of the envelope: Only ONE bid per sealed bid envelope will be accepted.
The county has the right to select the lowest and/or best quote that is in the best interest of the county. Bids that are in substantial compliance with the advertisement shall be considered and Lawrence County has the right to reject any and/or all bids.
