Levi Castle committed the offense of sexual abuse in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully subjecting a minor under the age of twelve (12), to sexual contact with said offenses occurring against a vulnerable victim in a continuing course of conduct by engaging the above referenced acts two (2) or more times between January 1, 2014 and December 15, 2018.
