Halcombe appointed ARC’s Senior Advisor to the CEO
LOUISA, Ky. (August 1, 2024) — Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) today announced the appointment of Rich Halcombe as Senior Advisor to the CEO, Tim Robinson. With a distinguished career in strategic facilitation and executive coaching, Halcombe brings a wealth of experience and a passion for transformative leadership to this new role.
Serving as an ARC team member since 2019, Halcombe has been instrumental in providing strategy planning and team-building guidance, contributing significantly to the organization’s mission. In his new capacity, he will focus on further enhancing the overall health of the business, management, and leadership environment of ARC.

Halcombe’s impressive career accomplishments include leading the Strategic Church Network to 147 churches worshiping in 22 languages, establishing Stowe Mission in 2010 (which operates three locations providing 125,000 meals annually along with a host of community impact programs), and founding leaderINCREASE LLC (which provides strategic facilitation to entrepreneurial leaders in the faith, business, and nonprofit communities).
