Gregory Single, 73, of Louisa, KY passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at his home.
Gregory was born October 25, 1952 in Le Mars, IA to the late Donna (Dudley) Sanders. Gregory was a jack of all trades. He was a logger, a gunsmith, a firearms safety instructor, a CNA, a massage therapist, and a construction trades laborer. Greg was a member of Carpenters Locals 906 and 1006. In addition, he was a member of Bill Williams Mountain Men, the NRA, and Payson Chamber of Commerce. He was an avid reader, hunter and fisherman. Greg loved his pets and raised birds for many years.
Survivors include his wife Vickie Single; children Melody (Robert) Barras, Mandy Single, Amber (Ben Anderson) Single, Eddie Garay, and Christopher Brandt; grandchildren Gregory (Gabby) Barras, Robert Barras, Rachelle Barras, Allen Heller, Devin Heller, Anthonie Hubbard, Damion (Makena) Hubbard, Savannah Garay, Mirage Garay, Xzavier Garay, Riley Garay, and Lizzie Garay; 19 great grandchildren; sister Renee (Mel) Single-Nay; and a host of special friends.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Single and his family.
