The grand jury charges that on or before November 30th, 2015 in Lawrence Co. Ky. That Defendant committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance by unlawfully being in the possession of Methamphetamine also being in possession of 2 digital scales, razor blades and two packages of syringes.
