Fort Gay officials held their annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:00 pm Sunday, Nov. 25th and the community was out in full force for the event. Everyone pitched in as they decorated and donated their time to this event.
“Our 2nd Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony was a huge success. We decided last year since the first one went so well we would do it bigger and better every year, we definitely accomplished that goal this year,” said Ft. Gay mayor Joetta Hatfield. “So proud of our community and churches. And of course the town of Fort Gay and Fort Gay Area Woman’s Club for working so hard to host this event.”
