Fred Adkins, 72, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Fred was born January 19, 1953 to the late Dallas and Ruth (Borders) Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Laura (Berry) Adkins and siblings Eddie Adkins, Jody Adkins, Sandy Adkins, and Stephen Adkins.

Survivors include his siblings Jean (Ed) Christian, Doris (Paul) Burchett, and Archie (Vickie) Adkins; girlfriend Amanda Marcum; special friend Chrisie Wright; and many nieces and nephews.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Adkins and his family.
