Robin Hinkle-Gamble, 44, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 6, 2022, at 3:52 A.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, KY., and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).
Richard Michael Maynard, 45, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 6, 2022, at 10:19 A.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, & deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $500 < $1,000, • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.
Ronald C. Crum, 43, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested on February 7, 2022,at 2:12 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Billy J. Stacy, 18, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 9, 2022, at 2:09 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty,of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • DISORDERLY CONDUCT 2ND DEGREE, • MENACING.
Danny J. Harris, 45, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 9, 2022, at 6:23 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via grand jury indictments warrants: • POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON, • USE OF A MINOR IN A SEX PERFORMANCE-PHYSICAL INJURY, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER I, • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY).
Keith Allen Wiley, 31, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 9, 2022, at 8:18 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, KY., and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO $500 < $1,000, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE, • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $1,000 < $10,000.
Keith Allen Wiley was then later served a court bench warrant by Martin County Sheriff Department deputy Braxton McGinnis on Monday, February 14, at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., while Keith Allen Wiley was at that time incarcerated at the jail.
Jackson Taylor Fitch, 29, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on February 10, 2022, at 10:35 A.M., by officer Ward, of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Michael Wayne Farley, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 10, 2022, at 3:46 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
James R. Carter, 58, of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on February 10, 2022, at 8:10 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).
Sally I. Carter-Grim, 57, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on February 10, 2022, at 8:16 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT FOR REQUIRED.
Cory P. Ferrell, 25, of Sumerco, West Virginia; was arrested on February 11, 2022, at 12:43 A.M., by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF FORGED INSTRUMENT 1ST DEGREE (IDENTIFY).
Leann Fish, 43, of Lovely,Kentucky; was arrested on February 14, 2022, at 10:20 A.M., by deputy Kris Lang, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE(EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
Kelli Wiseman,37,of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 14,2022,at 1:33 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
John T. Dabe, 23, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 15,2022,at 2:34 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Justin A. Crum,31, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 16, 2022, at 12:27 A.M., by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Jordan A. Music, 19,of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 16,2022,at 12:17 P.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • DISPOSAL AT OTHER THAN PERMITTED SITE – OPEN DUMP.
Christopher Lee Maynard, 39, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on February 16, 2022, at 6:52 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE), • LOCAL BURNING BAN, • CRIMINAL LITTERING.

*Margaret Jones, 58, Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 7, 2022, by deputy Braxton McGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
*John Griffith, 22, of Williamson, West Virginial was arrested on February 10, 2022,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The court bench warrant for John Griffin was from out of Pike County Kentucky charging him with criminal trespassing and criminal littering.
*Sally Grimm, 57, of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on February 16,2022,by deputy Lauren O’Bryan, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.
