1936 – 2016

Ernest Lee Rotenberry, 80, of Fort Gay, WV., passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at his home. Ernie was born January 1, 1936 in Vienna, Virginia a son of the late Hugh and Callie Sheets Rotenberry. He was a United States Army Veteran and was of Presbyterian Faith. Ernie had retired from running Ernie’s Produce in Louisa, Kentucky.

Survivors include his loving wife, Betty Scott Rotenberry of Fort Gay, WV.; one son, Ernest Lee (Neva) Rotenberry Jr. of King, VA.; grandchildren, Ernest Lee Rotenberry II, Michelle Yvonne Rotenberry, and Gerald “Jerry” Rotenberry all of King, VA.; sibling, Roy, Paul, George and Lenora.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, June 10, 2016 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Cox officiating. Burial will follow at the Scott Cemetery, Fort Gay, WV.. Visitation will be 6:00 until 9:00 PM Thursday at Young Funeral Home.
