HUGHES SAYS CARTER HAS DECLARED ‘STATE OF EMERGENCY’ IN COUNTY

Regarding this incoming storm, Lawrence County Judge Executive Phillip L Carter has Declared a County Emergency. A State of Emergency for the Commonwealth of Kentucky was declared yesterday.
This will allow us to request outside additional resources for Lawrence County if the need arises.
