Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a suspect with drug warrants was arrested by Road Patrol Deputies in East Lynn.
Sheriff Thompson stated that Jimmy Davis, of East Lynn, had warrants issued after an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.
Davis is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Heroin and Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin. Sheriff Thompson stated that another person in this investigation has already been arrested and additional charges are likely.
