KISS TRIBUTE BAND, PLAYING THE MAC
Jason Goble and Ramble On set for opening act
Prestonsburg, Ky. – Dressed To Kill, an eastern Kentucky based KISS tribute act, will play the Willard & Lucy Kinzer Theater in the Mountain Arts Center (MAC) on Saturday, January 20. This will make their return trip, as they last played the local venue during Halloween weekend of 2016.
The group bills the show as “The Ultimate Tribute to the Hottest Band in the World.” Dressed To Kill offers energetic, high quality, and family friendly entertainment with all of the attention to the details. You can expect all of the grease paint, fire breathing, and smoking guitars. And even the seven inch high-heels. They are a fan favorite throughout the southeastern Unites States for arts centers, clubs, festivals, and private parties.
MAC Executive Director Clayton Case says he is looking forward to their return.
“These guys are the real deal! There are many tribute acts and nostalgic rock and roll bands touring now, but I put this show at the top of the list,” he states.
Bass player and vocalist Mike Collins (Gene Simmons) is ready to get the New Year started at the MAC.
“This will be a special show”, he says. “2018 marks our tenth year together as a band and I can’t think of a better place to start our ten year celebration run than at an amazing venue like the MAC!”
Collins also beams about the show.
“We take what we present on stage very seriously and try our best to deliver as authentic of a KISS experience as we possibly can for everyone in attendance, young and old. We want you to walk away feeling like you just saw KISS.”
The special guests and opening act for the evening will be Jason Goble and Ramble On. Goble is a local singer/songwriter, but will be delving back into his roots, as he has put together a new band to debut to the rock crowd.
Dressed To Kill will be Saturday, January 20 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg, Ky. Tickets are $14 and can be purchased by visiting www.macarts.com, calling 1-888-MAC-ARTS, or stopping by the box office.
