COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Anytime you can pick up a win in District – especially a road win – it’s big for our program. We are trying to set a tone for this year and gain some momentum. Last year in District we let some wins slip away from us and put us in that dreaded 4 seed. Only our second 58th District win.”
“… I was worried about the game being the first day we go back to school and the travel before we hit up here but once we did I could tell by our body language and the way the kids carried themselves that we were going to play well.”
“… We have another big one Friday night in the 2A Classic vs Pike Co. Central. I think all 5 teams in the tourney are pretty evenly matched.”
Congratulations Dogs on a district win.. keep it going .. Grandson ..#24 Noah Fairchild keep being tough on the boards ..
