- Emily Endicott addressed council concerning some streets near some rental properties she and her husband own on Sylvia St. She advised that a drainage problem on the street results in a flooding situation a couple times a year and she fears that it may eventually flood the homes in that area. Police Chief Greg Fugitt advised that the problem began 10-15 years ago from a resident installing a driveway and drain pipe too small to handle the flow. Ms. Endicott advised that that a storm drain to a nearby creek would alleviate the problem. City Attorney and Mayor will investigate if the problem drain pipe is on private or city property and determine a course of action.
