Michael Cordle, 21 pled guilty on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and received 18 months Supervised Probation w/ a diversion, and on Trafficking in Marijuana, less than 8 oz., he received 6 months concurrent with the 18 months.
B.J. Daniel, 34 was present on a motion to dismiss the charge of Complicity Theft By Unlawful Taking. Motion was granted.
Rodney Fletcher, 46 was present on a motion to suspend (further execution of sentence), Motion was denied.
Jennifer Fuller, 34 was present on a probation revocation hearing, a graduated sanction was ordered.
Christopher Hall, was sentenced on Complicity Manufacture Methamphetamine (10 years) Complicity Controlled Substance Endangerment to a child, 4th degree (3 years) and Complicity Controlled Substance, Endangering a child (3 years) complicity controlled substance endangerment to a child (3 years) complicity possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, methamphetamine (3 years) possession of drug paraphernalia (10 months) all charges concurrent, but consecutive on other case.

Smith, 44 was sentenced to Life Without the Possibility of Parole on three counts of complicity to Murder, was sentenced to 20 years on each count of Complicity to Robbery, 1st degree, was sentenced to 20 years for 2nd degree Arson, And was sentenced to 5 years for Complicity to Tamper with Physical Evidence.
