Cindy Riley, 65, of Louisa, KY passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
Cindy was born March 10, 1961 in Mount Vernon, OH to the late Earl and Sandra (Smith) Riley.
Survivors include her children Robert Kinkaid, Steven Kinkaid, and Christy Kinkaid; many grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and caregiver and daughter in love Christa Howell.
Cindy loved her coffee and she loved all animals. She was devoted to her family and loved them dearly.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Riley and her family.
