Bulldog Softball Stars Crum And Jones Showcase Their Talents In The East/West All-Star Series

Bowling Green, Ky. — Two Lawrence Co. standout softball players showcased their talent in the Annual Ky Prep East/West series this past weekend. 

UPike signee Dani Crum played for the East Senior team. 

Crum led the team with a .563 batting going 63 for 127 with 16 doubles, 7 triples, 5 home runs, drove in 54 runs, scored 57 times, stole 30 bases, walked 9 times and only struck out twice all season. 

Lawrence Co. Senior to be Bree Jones played for the East Junior team. 

During her junior campaign Jones hit .537, scored 55 runs, had 23 runs batted in, smacked 11 doubles, 1 triple, 1 home run, walked 15 times and stole 35 bases from her leadoff spot.
