Volleydawgs will host eight team tourney made up of local schools

LOUISA, KY — Even though the weather doesn’t look good for Saturday it won’t affect the Volleyball that will be played in the gyms at Lawrence Co. High and Louisa Middle when the first ever Bulldog Bash debuts in Lawrence County.

Eight teams will play in a double elimination tournament consisting of area Volleyball teams including LCHS, Sheldon Clark, Johnson Central, Morgan Co., Menifee Co., Russell, West Carter, and Ashland Fairview.

The tournament will begin bright and early at 9:00 in both gyms on Bulldog lane.

The Host VolleyDawgs (1-2) will play at 10:00 vs Menifee Co. (0-2) and will be on the same side of the bracket with Johnson Central ( 0-3 ) and Morgan Co. (1-5) who play at 9:00AM to kickoff the tournament.

In the bottom bracket that will start at Louisa middle it will be Russell ( 3-0 ) and West Carter ( 3-0 ) playing at 9:00 and then Sheldon Clark ( 2-3 ) and Fairview (3-1) playing at 10:00AM.

It should be an exciting day of Volleyball in Lawrence Co. with games going on all day.
