COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Proud of our kids. Short week for games but these were two big wins early in season. Puts us at 3-1 and in control of our destiny for district tourney seeding purposes.”

“… Our young guys had 2 nice JV wins this week against Raceland and Johnson Central.”

“… So overall great week for our program. Really looking forward to a new spring break destination next week in Knoxville, Tennessee I think it’ll be great trip for our boys.”

“… Tonight is was so good to see Braxton Davis step up and give us a great outing. Hopefully that’ll breed confidence in himself and the other guys on the mound. He just pounded the strike zone.”

“… Offensively we are getting where we need to be. I believe once we get all of our guys clicking- this can be a very dangerous offensive team. Eli Fletcher has had a monster week clutching up in every RBI opportunity he’s had, Great to see Abner Collinsworth get going too. He got off to a slow start but he’s had a great week. Talon Pollack has made some great strides offensively and it’s starting to show.”

“… There are multiple other guys that have had a great week which is why we were able to plate a lot of runs.”
