Lawrence Co. Head Coach Travis Feltner

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Really good to get back in the win column. We’ve had a rough start the first couple weeks. But that’s ok. We’ve played a brutal stretch of our schedule right out of the gate. I really love this team and the work they’ve put in. We are going to figure it out and be right there when it matters. Hats off to Pburg Wednesday night, They capitalized on some opportunities we gave them and won it coming from behind in their last at bat.”

“… Tonight our offense really set the tone early and never let up. Really good to see multiple guys get going the last two nights at the plate.”

“… Another great moment was 8th grader Gray Derifield coming in relief and stopping any kind of rally Pburg could muster.”

“… Last couple of nights I believe we’ve had multi hit games out of 4 different guys. Eli Fletcher and Logan Whisenant Wednesday and Colin Howard and Talan Pollock tonight. I believe that’s a good sign and when we get everyone going this team could be fun offensively.”
