Huntington, W.Va. — The Lawrence Co. B-Team defeated Buffalo 30-0 to win the Turf Bowl Championship Saturday afternoon at Joan C. Edwards Stadium on the campus of Marshall University.

Late in the first quarter QB Lucas Block hit Tucker Dixon for a 12 yard TD and Brooks Parker added the two point conversion for a 8-0 Bulldog lead. 

Lawrence Co. made it 16-0 with 2:35 left in the first half on a Lucas Block to Tucker Dixon 82 yard connection and Colton Bentley added the two point conversion. 

Lucas Block added to the Bulldog lead with a 1 yard touchdown to make it 20-0 with 1:24 left in the third quarter. 

After a huge goal line stand to preserve the shut out Block went 99 yards for the touchdown and Eli Block added the 2 point conversion to make it 30-0 with 2:08 left in the game. 

The Bulldogs finished the season 8-0 and only gave up 6 points all season long. They have also won back to back Turf Bowls.
