Anna Laura Pinkerton, 92, of Blaine, passed away September 15, 2024 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Anna was born on November 10, 1931 in Davisville, KY to the late John and Lora Davis. Anna was of Mormon faith and attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Anna lived a full and cherished life and was loved by many.

Anna is survived by her children James M. Pinkerton of Chuluota, FL, Sheila Hughes of Blaine, KY, and Denna (Cliff) Burke of Louisa, KY; two sisters Barbara Gilliam of Rush, KY and Willia Bendixson of Tampa, FL; special cousin Emily Caudill; 10 grandchildren Lora (Rico) Quiles, Deanna Pinkerton, Derek Pinkerton, Donovan Pinkerton, Jeremy (Alicia) Pinkerton, Jennifer Pinkerton, all of Florida, Chris Hughes of Manassas, VA, Tracy (Shannon) Boggs of Blaine, Nigel Sparks, and Taylar York, both of Louisa; 16 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents John and Lora; her husband of 61 years James; sister Cinda Faye Lemaster; brothers Ernest and Gene Davis; and great granddaughter Jensen Boggs.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Davis Cemetery.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Pinkerton and her family.
