The Kentucky Division of Motor Vehicles is under investigation after a whistleblower told the Louisville Fox affiliate DMV workers were selling drivers licenses to illegal immigrants for $200 each. The whistleblower claimed the scheme happened four to five times a day for two years at multiple sites across the state.
