Lexington, Ky. — Lawrence Co. senior softball star catcher Dani Crum makes 2024 first team All-State and was also named 15th Region player of the year recently.

Crum played in every game for the Bulldogs this season and helped them to a Class 2A runner-up finish, 58th District title, 15th Region Championship and a state tournament appearance for only the third time in school history.

Crum led the team with a .563 batting going 63 for 127 with 16 doubles, 7 triples, 5 home runs, drove in 54 runs, scored 57 times, stole 30 bases, walked 9 times and only struck out twice all season.

Crum has signed with the University of Pikeville for next season.

Lawrence Co. Head Coach Justin Adkins
