Addiction Recovery Care Welcomes Attorney Burke to Its Team
LOUISA, KY- Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jessica A. Burke as Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs. In this role, Burke will serve as the general counsel for ARC and all its affiliates and subsidiaries. Burke will also serve as the lead government affairs liaison for the organization at the state and federal level.
Burke most recently served as General Counsel for the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. In that role, she was chief legal counsel to the Cabinet and all Cabinet related boards and served as the legislative liaison between the Cabinet and the Kentucky General Assembly. Prior to that, she has experience as a partner in the firm of Chalmers & Adams, as a Commissioner on the Kentucky Claims Commission, and as legal counsel to the Kentucky Senate Majority Caucus. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Notre Dame Law School.
ARC’s CEO Tim Robinson says the company enthusiastically welcomes Jessica to serve as ARC’s General Counsel and to lead efforts to promote policies that help those struggling with addiction access treatment, recovery support and vocational opportunities.

As an Eastern Kentucky native, Burke says she unfortunately knows firsthand the toll that the drug epidemic has taken on our communities.

Headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, ARC operates a network of state-licensed residential and outpatient drug & alcohol abuse treatment centers.
