Abby Maynard Signs On To Play Soccer And Softball At Alice Lloyd College

Louisa, Ky. — Multi Sport Lawrence Co. athlete Abby Maynard has signed on the dotted line to play Soccer and Softball at Alice Lloyd College. 

Abby signing her letter of intent as her Dad Danny looks on. 

Abby has excelled in three sports for the Bulldogs but has decided to play Soccer and Softball next year in Pippa Passes for the Alice Lloyd Eagles.

Abby is the all-time saves leader in Lawrence Co. soccer history.

She also helped her team win the 15th region basketball championship for the first time ever as a sophomore.

Maynard was a key contributor on the softball team that won the 15th region softball tournament as a junior.

I’m really excited to get to play both sports but I think it will be a little bit challenging at first to get up to their speed of play and the workouts between classes to manage but I think once I start going,  I think I will face the challenge that has to come.”
