Aaron Stanton May, 49, passed away on August 13, 2026.
Born on May 5, 1977, in Louisa, KY, Aaron was a beacon of warmth in every life he touched. Known for his unyielding love for his family, friends, and beloved pets Keetah, Red, Zera, and Maple, he had a way of making each person and creature feel cherished and special.
Aaron wore many hats with grace. He was an insurance adjuster with Kentucky Farm Bureau. He recently began his woodworking hobby. He was a veteran, having proudly served in the US Marines.He was a loving son to Freddie and Willa May, a caring brother to Cole May, a devoted husband to Ashley May, and an adored father to his children Gabrielle Alexis (Chris) Houston, Katie (Alex) Endicott, Logan May, and Austin (Emily) May. His grandchildren, Waylon and Hudson, were the apples of his eye.
Aaron was preceded in death by his sister, Erica May. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Pine Hill Cemetery.
The procession will leave the funeral home at 12:00 PM.
