Bulldog Head Coach Travis Feltner

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I love our squad, I just told them right out there that I am in love with this team. I’m not mushy but those guys play hard, are really good defensively, it’s a fun team to coach and for our fans, fun to watch. They’re not perfect but they put forth the effort. Our five seniors are unbelievable and no District championships don’t get old. I think we are poised for a run next week.”

“…What about Alex ( Meadows ) who is a program kid who works his tail off. His role has been off and on but has been steady all year. All I can say is what a play in a huge spot. I thought Cam’s play against Wolfe Co. earlier this year was the best players I’ve seen but I think Alex topped it with that catch.”

Bulldog Senior Eli Fletcher

“… This team plays so hard, plays for each other and loves one another. I have given everything for this program and it has given me the same. The Dawgs are hot right now. Can’t wait for Monday.”

Tweet from Eli’s dad, Robbie Fletcher

@All_in_LC
Warning: Dad Tweet- The family decision to allow Eli to stay in LC for his senior year was beneficial for him in many ways, including the camaraderie among his teammates. The district championship and 58th District POY were nice bonuses. #ThankfulDad

Bulldog Sophomore Alex Meadows

“… I knew I had to get to that ball, if not they were going to score three runs and it would be a whole new ballgame. Anytime I was called I just being ready to contribute any way I could to help the team win.”
