OUT OF THOSE 78 ARRESTS, 13 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
SEPARATELY, THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (ONE (1)) IN MARTIN COUNTY; & TWO (2) WAS IN JOHNSON COUNTY).
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., MAY 30, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., JUNE 8,2022, (10 DAYS); AT LEAST 82 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY. OUT OF THOSE 82 ARRESTS, 18 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (ONE (1)) IN MARTIN COUNTY; ONE (1) WAS IN BOYD COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN COOPER COUNTY, MISSOURI).
HERE ARE THE THIRTEEN (13) ARRESTS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY, ALONG WITH THE THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT ARRESTED OUTSIDE LAWRENCE COUNTY, ARE AS THE FOLLOWING:
Darin Conley, 36, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 10, 2022, at 2:19 A.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Elouise Scott, 38, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 12, 2022, at 12:51 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department,& was charged with:• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.
Tristan Watkins, 24, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 14, 2022, at 12:37 A.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.
Charles E. Spillman, 58, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody on June 15,2022, at 9:25 A.M., at the Lawrence County Judicial Center, by court security officer Melody Salyers, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, on an e-warrant, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER. Charles Spillman was ordered to pay $923.00, or serve jail time at $50.00 a day; for pleading guilty to the charges of *OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE; *OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE; & *ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE-1ST & 2ND OFFENSES.
Matthew Rose, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 16, 2022, at 7:30 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:• FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.
Christopher W. Ratliff, 42, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on June 16, 2022, at 8:55 P.M., by deputy Travis Music,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:•FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (ON FOOT), • FAILURE TO APPEAR (3 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).
Kayla Nunn, 33, of Mount Vernon, Kentucky; was arrested on June 17, 2022, at 12:55 A.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:•FAILURE TO APPEAR
Ella Baker, 41, of Stanton, Kentucky; was arrested on June 17, 2022, at 4:28 A.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE). The warrant for Ella Baker was from out of Powell County, KY.
Allison Perry, 19, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2022, at 4:54 A.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),•DRUG PARAPHERNALIA- BUY/POSSESS.
Jason Maynard, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2022, at 4:59 A.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Melissa Ruff, 50, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2022,at 7:50 P.M.,by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL .08 (189A.010(1A) – 1ST OFFENSE.
Anthony Shannon Adkins, 47, of Ashland, Kentucky; was arrested on June 19, 2022, at 1:46 A.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE.
