Notice of Public Comment
The Housing Authority of Lawrence County has done a review and assessment of
the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). This Policy contains the
rules and regulations that govern the management and operation of the Agency’s
Public Housing program.
The Housing Authority has also done a review and assessment of the
Administrative Plan (ADMIN). This Policy contains rules and regulations that
govern the management and operation of the Agency’s Section 8 Program.
The Policies will be available for review at Ray Williams Villa Office, located at 101
Gene Wilson Blvd. Louisa, KY. 41230, Monday through Thursday 8-4.
The Housing Authority encourages all residents and interested parties to review
the ACOP and the ADMIN. Any written comments may be submitted to the
Director’s office no later than June 27th, 2025. The Housing Authority will
respond to any written comment concerning the ACOP or the ADMIN Policy and
its’ content within (3) days. All written comments will be retained by the Housing
Authority and available for review.
The effective implementation date is scheduled for July 01, 2025.
