Lauran Hogston won $500 first place prize money in the 11-17 age group at last weekend’s talent show
The Lawrence County Community Center hosted “Lawrence County’s Got Talent” on Friday February 25 and Saturday February 26, 2022 at 6 PM. There were three age groups, 10 & under, 11-17, and 18 and older. The winner in each age group will receive $500 for first place and the first fifteen applicants to each age group was accepted.
A large crowd turned out for the talent show and enjoyed the music and songs of the applicants of all ages. Judge-Executive Phillip Carter and Deputy-Judge Vince Doty had smiles all evening and enjoyed the music.
