PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., NOVEMBER 1, 2021, THRU TO 6:00 P.M. NOVEMBER 11, 2021, (11 & 3/4 DAYS); AT LEAST 94 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE. OUT OF THOSE 94 ARRESTS, 26 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KENTUCKY COUNTY JURISDICTIONS ( 3 IN MARTIN COUNTY).

Paul Wesley Tipton Jr., 33, of Sitka, Kentucky; was served on November 12, 2021, at 2:52 P.M.,by deputy Dwayne Bowen, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
April Ann Harper, 37, of Louisa,Kentucky;was arrested on November 12,2021, at 7:10 P.M.,by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a grand jury indictment: • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

You’re right. I used to feel bad for him. Hes a very intelligent guy…but idk man. I’ve walked the same path he is on and can say with certainty and from experience, there is an alternative. You just have to want it. He’s a burden on his family and society.
