Frances Ratcliff, 92, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
Frances was born November 2, 1928 in Louisa, KY to the late Laurel and Stella (Pope) Maynard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Mose D. Ratcliff, one grandchild, five brothers, and three sisters.
She was a member of New Friendship Church.
Survivors include her children Denny (Brenda) Ratcliff, Mose (Pauline) Ratcliff, Jr., James Ratcliff, Janice Kennard, Jeannie (Jim) Lambert, and Lisa (David) Breech, nine grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ratcliff are private.
