Nicholas Bowen, 24, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 15, 2020, at 1:49 A.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

Stephanie Ann Howell, 35, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on December 15,2020,at 11:42 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
• POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA,
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
According to the arrest citation report, deputy Lafferty wrote that he found marijuana roaches inside Stephanie Howell’s purse, along with one pipe.
Matthew S. Daniels, 29, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on December 15, 2020, at 11:48 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
According to the arrest citation report, deputy Lafferty wrote that Matthew Daniels was a passenger in a vehicle that deputy Lafferty had conducted a traffic stop. When Matthew Daniels exited from the vehicle, one orange pill was found in the seat where Matthew Daniels was sitting, along with one pipe that fell out of Matthew Daniels’ pocket.
Carl D. Daniels Jr., 35, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on December 15, 2020, at 11:51 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

Christopher Eric Timms, 32, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 18, 2020,at 9:05 A.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,
• POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS UNDER/$500.
According to the arrest citation report, Sheriff John Kirk wrote that Christopher Timms had a small baggie containing a crystal baggie in his right sock. Sheriff Kirk wrote that Christopher Timms was observed entering a shed belonging to Raymond Haney, where he stole a 5 gallon can of gasoline. Sheriff Kirk finished up in the report that Christopher Timms was seen pouring the gasoline into his truck, and that the gasoline can was located in the truck bed.
Jeremy James Jarvis, 32, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 18, 2020,at 11:07 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.
Edgar Maynard Jr.,27, of Inez Kentucky ; was arrested on December 19, 2020, at 9:39 P.M.,by Constable James Bradford Preece, of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, & was charged with:
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1D) – 1ST (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES),
• FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE),

According to the arrest citation report, Constable Brad Preece wrote that he pursued Edgar Maynard after Constable Preece noticed the vehicle Edgar Maynard was driving and had no tail lights. When Constable Preece turned on his lights, Edgar Maynard sped up and did not pull over for a couple of miles. Constable Preece wrote further that Edgar Maynard had slurred speech and that Maynard stated to Constable Preece that he “used earlier in the day.” Constable Preece finished the report by writing that when deputy William Tyler Lafferty arrived, he noticed that the vehicle Edgar Maynard was driving
had been reported stolen the day before.
Lara D. Davis-Giacomoni, 37, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on December 19, 2020 ,at 11:00 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:
• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000.
According to the arrest report citation, deputy Lafferty wrote that he had assisted Constable Brad Preece on a traffic stop and noticed that the vehicle in which Laura Giacomoni was a passenger had been reported stolen the night before. Deputy Lafferty finished the report by writing that the driver of the vehicle (Edgar Maynard) appeared to be under the influence of some type of narcotic.
Cody L. Stepp, 29, of Lovely, Kentucky;was arrested on December 19, 2020, at 11:16 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
