Four Lawrence County High School students from Morehead State’s Upward Bound Program recently participated in an educational trip to Boston, MA and the surrounding area.
Andrew Evans, Melanie Maddox, Alexandria Piper, and Hollie York visited Boston, Salem, and New York City during their trip with the program. Their itinerary included a Harvard University tour, an interactive Boston Tea Party experience, marine biology cruise, live theater show, and more.
This opportunity and experience provided them with an interactive and hands on learning experience, as well as, a new cultural experience that was designed to enhance and supplement their high school academics.
