Summary

Winter Storm Blair impacted eastern Kentucky on Sunday and Monday causing extensive damage to electrical facilities throughout Kentucky Power’s service territory leaving 10,735 customers without power at the peak of the event. Nearly 1,000 Kentucky Power personnel, business partners and external resources, including hundreds of out-of-state crews have been working to restore power.
