Ada Sparks, 82, of Martha, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

She was born March 28, 1942 in Martha, KY to the late John Martin and Della May (Fyffe) Sparks.

Ada was a member of Elizabeth Enterprise Baptist Church. She was a wonderful quilter and a supporter of St. Jude’s and Wounded Warriors.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Carrie Sparks, Grettie Sparks, Arlena Gartin, and Gladys Skaggs.

Survivors include her niece Barbara Jean Hall; nephew John Charles Gartin; and many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Elizabeth Enterprise Baptist Church with Brother Timothy Keaton and Brother Anthony Maxie officiating. Burial will follow in the Hay-Sparks Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Elizabeth Enterprise Baptist Church after 4:00 PM.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Sparks and her family.
