I Beat My Cancer Thru Love & Support
The Tucker Evan’s Family would like to take time to thank everyone for the out pouring of love and support the communities of Louisa and Fort Gay have shown.
Tucker was just 2 years old when diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. His battle with ALL Cancer lasted 3 years and 3 months. But through the doctors at UK Hospital in Lexington, Ky. he was able to start treatment thru chemotherapy and last month was able to ring the Cancer Free Bell.
His family started the #TEAMTUCKER Foundation and held fundraisers, such as the Concert Benefit and raffle held at the Fort Gay High School Gymnasium. The Chicken Dumpling Dinner held at the Louisa Community Center. The Make A Wish Foundation and everyone who bought #TEAMTUCKER shirts. In return the family held several Blood Drives to pay it forward and give something back for other people in need.
On December 1st a Cancer Free Celebration was held at the Louisa Community Center for his family and friends to attend the celebration.
His parents Jerry and Brittany Evan’s made this comment, “We would like to take the time to thank everyone who supported us during these uncertain times. The out pouring of love and support from the family, friends and communities helped greatly in his treatment and success of being Cancer Free”.
Thank the Lord for healing this baby and keeping his family strong! The power of prayer is beyond anything we know and it works people! It works! This boy has put up a fight, and so has his Mommy and Daddy. It is a blessing he is still here and fighting, I believe he will remain cancer free! Great job staying strong little Tucker. You are my hero buddy! For ever praying for you sweet boy!
Thank you so much. We truly appreciate each and every prayer that has been said for Tucker and our family! God, has truly blessed us and we are very thankful!
