Fort Gay, W. Va. — The Tolsia Youth Football League will play for two championships this Sunday at Logan High School in the Southern West Virginia Midget League.

Tolsia 14 Danville 6 ( B-Team ) 

In a rematch of a game won by Danville in week 5, the Rebels got revenge with the semifinal victory at Mingo Central on Sunday. 

Wyatt Robinson had a 24 yard touchdown and finished with 49 yards rushing, he added 8 tackles and 3 sacks defensively. 

Kristian Johnson had a 37 yard touchdown and finished with 66 yards. Also had a 37 yard kickoff return from return and 2 tackles. 

Debo Black finished with 59 yards rushing and had 4 tackles on defense. 

Jesse Allen had 46 yards rushing, 28 yard kickoff return and 3 tackles on defense. 

Jax Marcum had an interception and 5 tackles. 

Tolsia defensive line accounted for 22 of 39 tackles across the board, added 5 sacks and countless pressures from Tate Marcum, Skyler Newsome, Noah Crabtree Colt Richardson and Robinson. 

 

The Rebels will face Mingo in the B-Team title game at 1:30 on Sunday at Logan High School. 

Tolsia 20 Lincoln Co. 14 ( A-Team ) 

The Rebels remained undefeated with the victory over the Panthers on Sunday at Chapmanville in the semifinals. 

Mason Stumbo rushed for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns and caught a 54 yard touchdown as well. Had 7 tackles on defense. 

Eli Fitch had 112 yards rushing and threw a 54 yard touchdown pass a two point conversion and 6 tackles on defense. 

Jayce Justice finished with 51 yards on 3 carries and 6 tackles on defense. 

Xander Holcomb led the Rebels with 8 tackles, Tanner Davis tallied 4 tackles, Noah Adkins, Carter Marcum, Bryson Adkins, Parker Sisk and Dwayne Puckett had 1 tackle each.
