COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Ashland was an incredibly talented and well-coached team and it took all of us players and coaches to walk out of Putnam Stadium with that win. I am happy with how our team executed and continued to fight for every inch.”
“… It’s been a great season for us but the job isn’t done. Our goal back in July was to become state champions and that is still in front of us but we have to go take it. Our players and coaches have been bought in from day 1 and it has shown throughout the season. Players like Carson Evans, Jase Napier, Keagan Muncy, Bentley Carter and so many more make our jobs as coaches easy with the way they lead.”
“… Boyle County presents an incredible challenge for us. They are big strong and fast and they pass the eye test. However, we are battle tested and have been in these dog fights before and they all ended the same way. Boyle County is a great team and we are looking forward to the challenge.”
