COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Last night was the BATTLE we knew it would be! Pikeville has a really good team with a lot of senior experience. They got the best of us in the regular season, but we knew we could stay in it last night. The team never let up and we won the marathon matchup. Our boys came in clutch in the final PK’s and showed a lot of maturity in that situation. I couldn’t be prouder of them.”
“… Johnson Central has been the team to beat all season in the 15th region. They are a very well-rounded squad. We have a plan and if we execute it, we hope to win the region championship.”
