Louisa Rotary Club Welcomes Jonathan Storms of Storms Auto
.
LOUISA ROTARY PRESIDENT CHUCK PRICE, LEFT, WITH BUSINESSMAN JONATHAN STORMS
The Louisa Rotary Club welcomed guest speaker Jonathan Storms, owner of Storms Auto, at its September 24th meeting.
Jonathan shared his inspiring journey of faith, recovery, and entrepreneurship. After coming to Louisa through Addiction Recovery Care (ARC), he was invited to help establish Second Chance Auto, a program designed to train individuals in recovery in automotive mechanics.
Inspired by his father’s family-owned business, Johnny Wheels, which opened in Corbin in 1972, Jonathan followed his passion and opened Storms Auto approximately three years ago. He credits God for his success and expressed heartfelt appreciation for his business partner, Dr. Ben Browning, whose support helped make his dream possible.
Jonathan is ASE certified and takes pride in his skilled team, which includes ASE-certified mechanics Jay Looney and Danny Cooper, ASE Master Certified Jerry Davis, and Brady Vance. He considers his employees family and has built his business around strong customer relationships, quality service, and hopes for future expansion.
Jonathan has planted his roots in Louisa and is proud to call it his hometown. He and his wife, Kayla, are grateful to be part of the community. Storms Auto is located at 3055 KY-2565 in Louisa and can be reached at 606-244-5225.
He closed by sharing a favorite quote from his father: “The man who hits snooze will always work for the man who don’t.”
The Louisa Rotary Club thanks Jonathan for sharing his remarkable story of second chances, hard work, faith, and determination!
